Anyway, hello y'all. I am back to blog about actual stuffs instead of music and other random rants about very insignificant things.
After going around shamelessly to steal pictures from people, I am going to blog about my simple but fun 22nd birthday. It scares me quite badly that I am already 22 ):
Anyway, for the first time in my life, my birthday happens before exams. I still remembered that the last paper of my O and A Levels fell on my 16th and 18th birthday, so after exams we all went out to celebrate the ends of exams together with my birthday. And in University, exams will end before my birthday. Thus this year, it feels kind of weird to be celebrating my birthday before exams, with many concepts swimming in your head while you are eating. The concepts, theories, mechanisms are just nagging at the back of your brain.
I am still very thankful that the CBC girls celebrated my birthday even thou there were midterms coming up right after my birthday. I am not used to being mushy and saying corny words, but really thank you for all your efforts in making me feel so loved (:

Anyway, we went to a korean BBQ restaurant near Maxwell Food Center named 2D1N Korean BBQ. It made me all excited because I used to watch 2D1N variety show when MC Mong was in it. (Anyway the show and the restaurant are not related, just that they happened to have the same name or maybe the restaurant was named after it because of the popularity of the show back in Korea ? Seriously I don't know.)

Anyway, we went to a korean BBQ restaurant near Maxwell Food Center named 2D1N Korean BBQ. It made me all excited because I used to watch 2D1N variety show when MC Mong was in it. (Anyway the show and the restaurant are not related, just that they happened to have the same name or maybe the restaurant was named after it because of the popularity of the show back in Korea ? Seriously I don't know.)
Before we went there, the four of us lost track of time while we were shopping in Jurong Point Watson because of the great 20% sale and i bought a stupid useless comb for 16bucks.
So, we were late, lost and walked in the rain trying to search for the place. With the courtesy of Deqi's phone or don't-know what map, we found the place and saw a cute waiter(that's not the point.)But when we went up to the actual BBQ place, they told us they canceled out reservations because we were late. They didn't even bother to call to inform. So, Sze was a little angry and she gave the poor waiter who couldn't speak much English, a little teeny-weeny attitude, and we managed to get seated within 20minutes. In situations like these, Sze and Ping are the one who will fight for our rights! Think without Sze and Ping, Deqi and I will die of hunger and cold, rotting outside the Korean BBQ restaurant. I don't deny I am VERY timid one. Like my mom always say "You are so big in size, but you have the guts of a rat." Then I would correct her, "No. Not rat, but ant."
Anyway, there's something I must highlight, Sze is the "Godness of No Worries." So, we have no worries when we are with her. Haha. We will feel all safe and good, without any worries of getting seats or food. Even thou, the place is greasy and crowded, i feel the food is worth it. People who are close to me would know that I don't eat Pork, Mutton and Beef, but I ate the pork chops. It was so nice until I lost count of the number of pork chops I ate. Great place for people who love meat. Even I am not a fan of meat, I love the place ! (:

It's this western eatery at Tiong Bahru Plaza which has a outdoor spot that resembles Hongkong rooftop. I told Kelly that the place is quite romantic, but with Kelly, the atmosphere is different. Cos we will just say something stupid to make each other angry or laugh.
Sorry no pictures of me holding the birthday card nor cake. Cos' i never thought that we were celebrating, but to just have dinner and catch a movie together. So I never put any makeup on my face and i looked dirty and sweaty. TSK. I was tricked by her when she told me she needed to go toilet, but actually she went to ask the waiter to bring the cake out ! I did the same trick to her on her birthday. The trick is old, but people still get tricked. (:
